Leticia presented to our clinic with adhesive capsulitis, what's commonly known as "frozen shoulder." Like most neuromusculoskeletal issues, mechanical treatment, consisting of adjustments, soft-tissue techniques and physiotherapy was warranted for restorative healing purposes.
