Jeff Jacobs

Jeff was a very obvious choice for "Patient of the Month" for many reasons. His loyalty to our clinic is paramount. He has, on more than one occasion, allowed someone less fortunate, or someone in a peculiar circumstance, to move ahead of the treatment rotation, as to accommodate their needs. In the almost four years I've known Jeff, he has become an extremely integral part of our clinic. Not only does he have nothing but uplifting and kind words to share to everyone he comes in contact with, he is quite the music trivia buff, as well! Schedule a 4:30 PM appointment sometime and you might hear the music tidbits firsthand . . .

"I grew up in Latrobe Pennsylvania (birthplace of both Arnold Palmer and Mr. Rogers) and moved here about thirty years ago.

"I am currently a special education teacher with District 287, a district serving the needs of 13 member Districts surrounding the Twin Cities (from Osseo in the North to Bloomington in the south). I work mostly with students with autism or other similar disabilities. It is a fun and rewarding job.

"I have been coming to Northwoods Spine institute since its inception, mostly for back and shoulder problems, and have been greatly impressed, not only with the quality of treatment but also with the time and attention that Gary gives to his patients (unlike most health care practitioners in this day and age). Gary and his staff create a relaxed, friendly, and professional atmosphere that puts people almost immediately at ease so that they can concentrate on getting better. Keep up the great work.
